摘  要:以淮南市作为研究对象,应用能力谱方法对淮南市建筑物在8度地震下的破坏情况及相关损失进行了计算。根据建筑物结构的类型、抗震设防级别、层数、建筑高度和建筑材料等查表得到相应参数,构造出建筑物能力曲线。通过查阅建筑物抗震设计规范构建淮南市建筑物的需求谱。依据能力曲线与需求谱交点所确定对应的谱位移计算出建筑物对应各个震害等级的超越概率。用相邻震害等级中相对轻的震害等级对应的超越概率减去相对重的震害等级对应的超越概率,得到建筑物处于各个震害等级的概率。并根据破坏的严重程度进行了震害区划。研究结果表明,淮南市的大部分地区在8度地震的情况下破坏并不十分严重,但区域12,13和17的破坏相比于其他区域较大,这些区域正是淮南市主要的老城区,存在大量的老旧建筑。研究结论与实际情况基本相符,具有较高的实用价值。In this paper, we have chosen Huainan City as a case study, supposing that an 8 degree earthquake is likely to hit the city. For our research purpose, the likely shake disasters and the building destruction as well as the related economic loss are expected to be worked out by using a capacity spectrum method. And, on the whole, the seismic sufferings in the urban area of the city can be described by means of a 5% reduced damped elastic response spectrum. Needless to say, large amounts of information on the construction features of the different types of building are necessary and nonlinear structural analysis tools are also needed so as to work out the fragility curves of the most meaningful building types an urban center requires. In our research, we have chosen the statistic data and information on the buildings of Huainan collected by the governmental departments. To be exact, the current buildings in the city are mainly of two types: the masonry structures and the reinforced concrete ones. The results of our investigation shows that the vulnerability of the buildings can be found obvious, and therefore, considerable threat and seismic damage hazards from low to medium and even heavily destructive degrees do exist in the urban areas of the city. According to the severity of the destructive damage to the buildings of the city, the damage can be divided into 5 levels, each of which has been given corresponding recommendations for damage prevention. In so doing, it would be made possible for the city municipality to provide basic countermeasures for its successful development and ways to reduce and mitigate the likely damage and loss to be caused by earthquakes.
