摘　　要：道路隧道工程的科学管理是保证其交通顺畅和工程"延年益寿"的重要手段。以上海长江隧道工程为例,详细阐述了隧道科学运营管理的前提条件、多系统复杂隧道工程的管理要点;将现代化管理手段与科学管理相结合的方法,以及构建完善合理的运营体制与机制及安全运营指标与评价体系的重要性。Scientific management of road tunnel is crucial to ensure the smooth traffic and tunnel service life.Taking Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel as an example,the paper expatiates the premises of scientific management for tunnel operation,key points in the management of a complicated tunnel with multi-system;proposes the application of modern management tools in the scientific management;and points out the importance of building up a rational operational system and mechanism,and the index and evaluation system of safe operation.
