摘　　要：In December 10,2009,the Sinopec Corp.and the Mitsui Chemical Company reached an intention on cooperation in manufacture of phenol/acetone and EPDM(ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber.The production of phenol/In December 10, 2009, the Sinopec Corp. and the Mitsui Chemical Company reached an intention on cooperation in manufacture of phenol/acetone and EPDM （ethylene propylene diene monomer） rubber. The production of phenol/ acetone will be realized in the Shanghai Chemical Park with the 400 kt/a production unit to be operational in 2012.
