摘　　要：本文通过对2007年1月至2009年8月江苏省对外贸易月度数据的整理,分析了金融危机背景下江苏省对外贸易受到的影响及其主要影响因素,并探讨了政府和企业层面的对策建议,以利于江苏省对外贸易更好地实现危机后调整。This article analyses the effect of worldwide financial crisis on the foreign trade in Jiangsu Province,which based on the monthly data of foreign trade in Jiangsu Province from January 2007 to September 2009.Meanwhile the authors discuss the countermeasures for the enterprises and propose suggestions to the government,according to the main factors that affect the foreign trade in Jiangsu Province,in order to make it get better after crisis.
