摘　　要：房屋登记簿是房屋权利归属和内容的根据,是物权公示公信原则的体现,房屋登记簿记载了房屋的自然状况和权属状况及其他依法应当登记的事项。房屋登记簿与房屋权属证书不一致的,以房屋登记簿为准;房屋登记簿的效力主要体现在确定力和公信力两方面。Housing register is the basis of the housing ownership and content and the embodiment of the principle of Publication and trust of Property.It records the status and ownership of natural housing conditions and other matters should be registered according to law.If the Housing Register is inconsistent with the The right to housing certificates in order to prevail housing register.Housing register is mainly reflected in determining the effectiveness of strength and credibility of the two areas.
