摘　　要：彩票经济的累积效应是通过彩票的边际效用体现出来的,彩票由于其特殊性,彩票的边际效用是递增的。政府应该采取有效措施,加强对彩票的监管,充分发挥彩票的积极作用,为社会的公共建设做贡献。The cumulative effect of the lottery economy through its marginal utility reflected,because of its particularity,lottery marginal utility is increasing.To play the positive role and contribute to public facilities the government should take effective measures to strengthen lottery supervision.
