摘　　要：我国城市建设用地十分紧张,房地产商依据当地城市规划管理条例,对高层住宅日照间距的放宽政策,大大提高了居住建筑用地的建筑容积率,给建筑环境造成了十分不利的影响。因而对单元式高层住宅日照间距问题进行了分析和探讨。The land agent widen the sunshine spacing of high-rise building according to local city plan and management ordinances improves the area ratio of residence land and causes disadvantage effect for architecture environment.It should be pay great importance by city plan and management department and architect to provide a comfortable,safe and health environment for the dweller.
