摘　　要：目的探讨乳晕边缘切口切除乳房良性肿物的手术方法,提高手术的美学效果。方法对应用乳晕边缘隐匿切口行乳房肿物切除46例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 46例全部治愈,均未留下明显瘢痕,手术效果满意,无并发症。结论经隐匿切口切除乳房良性肿物,可兼顾治疗与美容双重效果,在乳房良性肿物切除手术中有较好的应用价值。Objective To explore the edge of areola incision for operative treatment of benign breast tumor method and to improve the aesthetic effect of surgery. Methods The clinical data of 46 cases of breast benign diseases operated with the incision areloa were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 46 cases were cured and the incision without obvious scar. The surgical results were satisfactory without complications. Conclusion The methods of the areola incision hidden can be both therapeutic and beauty of double effect. This method of benign breast turmor resection has a good value.
