摘　　要：目的介绍心电轴计算公式,通过对公式法与查表法比较,说明公式法的实用有效。方法介绍心电轴计算公式及其原理,应用公式法制定心电轴表记作表1,将表1中的数值与表2中的数值进行配对设计以及对40例心电图实例应用上述两种方法所得值进行配对设计。结果对配对样本t检验的结果(P>0.05)表明这两种方法无显著差别,公式法与查表法取得一致性结果。结论公式法是一种准确实用的方法。Objective To introduce method of electrocardiac axle＇s calculation formula（ formula method）, and prove that formula method was practical and effective, by comparison formula method and method of loo- king up table. Methods To introduce electrocardiac axle＇ s calculate formula and its principle. With formula method to make an electrocardiac axle table which named table one ,to make paired design of the data in table one and quoted table two, such comparison of two groups of income data to use two kinds of above-mentioned method to the 40 cases of electrocardiograms data. Results Fesult of the paired sample＇ s test （P 〉 0. 05 ） showed that there was not remarkable difference in the two methods,So formula method got the same result as method of looking up table. Conclusion Formula method is a kind of accurate practical and available method.
