摘  要:在曲轴宽电子束聚焦理论的基础上,本文研究了静电圆锥透镜聚焦性质,提出了静电场中考虑主轨迹为平面曲线情况下电子束的焦点、焦距等电子光学基本参量的定义作为例子。Based on the theory of wide electron beam focusing having curvilinea axis, the nature of electrostatic conic lens was studied, and the definitions of fundamontal electron optical parameters of conic lenses in focusing of electrortatic conic lens was studied, and the definitions of fundamontal electron optical pammeters of conic lenses in electrostatie field, such as focal point, focal length etc, were given, in which the principal trajectory having a planar cuive was considered. For example,the relationship between different electrostatic parameters and electron optical parameters of two types of electrostatic conic lens was shown.
