摘 要:针对台山电厂亚临界5×600MW机组汽轮机主汽阀关闭超时的问题,通过对主汽阀关闭过程中受力及故障典型事件的分析,找出造成主汽阀关闭超时的主要原因是蒸汽反作用力和机械阻力过大。在分析了油动机与汽阀直连方案和加装托架、滑槽方案的优缺点后,提出了增加主汽阀弹簧预紧力的解决方案,并给出对主汽阀本体、操纵座以及杠杆传动机构的具体检修措施。目前台山电厂主汽阀关闭超时的隐患已消除。In view of the delayed closing of turbine main steam valves on five 600 MW subcritical units in Taishan Power Plant, the stress in the course of main steam valve closing and typical fault events are analyzed. It is found that the problem was mainly caused by excessive steam reaction and mechanical resistance. Upon comparing the scheme of directly connecting hydraulic servo-motor and steam valve and that of adding bracket and slide, a solution of increasing spring preload of main steam valve is proposed. Specific maintenance measures for main steam valve proper, control console and transmission lever are offered. The problem of delayed closing of main steam valve in Taishan Power Plant has now been solved.
