大孔树脂对葛根黄酮的吸附分离特性研究

摘　　要：选择１０种大孔吸附树脂，比较其对葛根黄酮的吸附率与解吸率，筛选较优的葛根黄酮吸附剂。研究结果表明，ＡＢ－８树脂较宜于葛根黄酮的提纯，经ＡＢ－８树脂吸附分离后。Through the comparisons among ten kinds of macroreticular resin’s absorption and desorption, AB 8 resin is selected as Pueraria isoflavones’s absorbent. Experiment results showed that AB 8 resin possesses high absorption capacity. After absorption, the content of isoflavone is doubled.
