摘　　要：目的建设基于HL7标准的医学信息服务平台。方法利用XML和Web Service技术,基于SOA三层架构来实现各个功能。结果建成依托于天津人民医院医疗信息系统的信息服务平台。结论该平台建成之后很好的实现了各个系统之间信息的互联互通,在数据的安全性、完整性和资源共享等方面得到了较大的改善,满足医疗部门的信息需求。Objective Built a HL7 Based electronic healthcare records information-sharing network platform through the digital hospitals clinical systems. Methods Based on SOA architecture, using the XML and Web Service technique to achieve the system functions. Result Build an information network platform relaying on Tianjin Renmin Hospital network. Conclusion The platform realizes the medical resource sharing, improves the security and integrity of the store data, and contents the healthcare departments＇ requirements.
