摘　　要：随着我国高职教育的发展,高职毕业生数量激增,就业形势越来越严峻,分析高职毕业生就业难点,利用图书馆自身优势参与毕业生就业指导,开展图书馆创新服务。As the development of the higher vocational education in China, the number of graduates from higher vocational colleges is increasing rapidly, which leads to a more and more severe employment situation. Therefore, it is significant to analyze the employment difficulties which the graduates are faced with, to use libraries＇own advantages to participate in employment guidance for graduates, and to develop innovative services in libraries.
