摘 要:利用线性化近似方法,计算了色抽运噪声和色量子噪声驱动的光学双稳系统的输出光强信噪比,讨论了抽运噪声强度(P)、量子噪声强度(Q)、抽运噪声自关联时间(τ1)和量子噪声自关联时间(τ2)对输出光强信噪比(R)的影响。研究结果表明,信噪比R随抽运噪声自关联时间τ1的变化过程中存在随机共振现象,而量子噪声自关联时间τ2对随机共振存在较大的影响,当量子噪声自关联时间τ2增加时,信噪比-抽运噪声自关联时间(R-τ1)曲线整体上移,峰值增大,表明延长量子噪声自关联时间可以增加输出光强信噪比的共振强度;信噪比R随双稳参数c的变化过程中有一个极大值,抽运噪声自关联时间τ1对信噪比-双稳参数(R-c)曲线有较大的影响,随着抽运噪声自关联时间τ1的增大,信噪比-双稳参数(R-c)曲线的极大值降低且变平坦,表明缩短抽运噪声自关联时间可以增大输出光强信噪比;信噪比R随抽运噪声强度P变化单调递增,随量子噪声强度Q变化单调递减。By adopting the linear approximation method,the signal-to-noise ratio of optical bistability system driven by colored pump noise and colored quantum noise was calculated. The influence on the signal-to-noise ratio of the pump noise intensity(P),quantum noise intensity(Q),pump noise self-correlation time (τ1) and quantum noise self-correlation time (τ2) was studied. The stochastic resonance was found in the curve of signal-to-noise ratio R versus the pump noise self-correlation time (τ1) was discussed,while the great influence on the stochastic resonance is posed by quantum noise self-correlation time,when (τ2) increases,the curve of signal-to-noise ratio R versus the pump noise self-correlation time (τ1) upgrates integratedly,and resonance-peak increases.It could prolong the quantum noise self-correlation time (τ2) to increase the signal-to-noise ratio R.There is a maximum in the curve of signal-to-noise ratio R versus the parameter of the optical bistability system c,while pump noise self-correlation time (τ1) greatly influences the curve of signal-to-noise ratio R versus the parameter of the optical bistability system c. With the increase of pump noise self-correlation time (τ1),the maximum declines and the curve becomes flat.It is indicated that the signal-to-noise ratio increases through reducing the pump noise self-correlation time (τ1).Besides,signal-to-noise ratio R monotonously increases with the increase of pump noise intensity P,and motonously decreases with the increase of quantum noise intensity Q.
