摘  要:利用应变电测技术,对聚光型光伏&光热一体机进行强度测试,测出数点应变随时间变化情况,从而找出等效应力分布规律。通过数据分析显示,聚光型光伏&光热一体机的等效应力分布规律合理、数据可信,在遭遇大风等恶劣天气时能正常运转。因此,该测试分析技术可以指导聚光器的优化设计。Strain measurement technology had a wide range of advantages in engineering. By adopting the electrical strain measurement techniques,taking into account the impacts of the actual operation environment such as the strong winds,the intensity of the self-designed solar-focus photoelectric and photothermic machine was tested. The strain changes over time on different points are measured and the equivalent force distribution patterns are calculated. The data analysis shows that the equivalent force distribution patterns on the solar-focus photoelectric and photothermic machine are reasonable and reliable. It can operate properly in the event of severe weather such as the strong winds. The test analysis can be further used to guide the optimization of the condenser.
