补肾活血法治疗糖尿病周围血管病变48例

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血法治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法采用自拟补肾活血饮(生黄芪、葛根、当归、玄参、怀牛膝、水蛭、地龙、全蝎、丹参、川芎、桂枝、生山楂、甘草、赤芍、鸡血藤、六路通)配合西药治疗糖尿病周围血管病变。48例患者随机分为两组,对照组口服西洛他唑片,治疗组在西洛他唑片基础上加用自拟补肾活血饮,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果在疾病的3个阶段治疗组的总有效率(66.7%、87.5%和83.3%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(41.7%、54.2%和50.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血饮能起到补肾益气、通络活血的功效,对糖尿病周围血管病变有明显的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of diabetes mellitus peripheral angiopathy by Bushen Huoxue.Methods Bushen Huoxue soup （astragalus,gegen,angelica sinensis,radix scrophulariae,achyranthes root,leech,lumbricus,scorpion,salvia,chuanxiong,cassia twig,hawthorn,glycyrrhiza,red peony root,milettia reticulata,six rutabion） and western medicine was used to diabetes mellitus peripheral angiopathy.48 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group accepted domestic cilostazol tablets.The treatment group accepted Bushen Huoxue soup based on domestic cilostazol tablets.The efficacy of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group in three stage （66.7%,87.5%,83.3%） was higher than that of control group （41.7%,54.2%,50.0%）.The results had significant differences （P0.05）.Conclusion Bushen Huoxue soup has the effect of Bushen Yiqi and Tongluo Huoxue stasis dredge collaterals.It had significant efficacy to diabetes mellitus peripheral angiopathy.
