摘　　要：目的分析地塞米松等药物骶管内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将142例腰椎间盘突出症患者骶管内注射地塞米松等药物,观察治疗效果。结果临床治愈和好转率约为95%,效果较好。结论对于腰椎间盘突出症的患者,一旦明确诊断后,在没有禁忌证及无手术指征时,用地塞米松等药物骶管内注射封闭可作为安全,有效的基础治疗手段。Objective To analysis the effect of lumbar disc herniation treated by dexamethasone canalis sacralis injection.Methods 142 cases with lumbar disc herniation treated by dexamethasone canalis sacralis injection,and to observe the curative effect.Results The Clinical cure and improvement rate is about 95%,the effect is good.Conclusion The patients with lumbar disc herniation,soon after diagnosis,with no contraindications and no surgical indications,the dexamethasone injection of drugs such as closure of the sacral canal as safe and effective basis for treatment.
