摘  要:目的观察小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的不同麻醉方法的临床效果。方法选取高州市人民医院自2006年1月至2009年12月收治的小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的患者68例,随机分为A组(氯胺酮组)和B组(丙泊酚组)各34例,观察比较术中各项指征及不良反应。结果 A组(氯胺酮组)手术时间为(103.21±4.25)min,术中SPO2为(89.46±5.12)%,B组(丙泊酚组)手术时间为(102.54±6.21)min,术中SPO2为(88.95±4.28)%,两组比较差异不大(P>0.05),而清醒时间中A组(氯胺酮组)为(49.35±6.85)min,B组(丙泊酚组)为(15.26±3.54)min,两组相比差异显著(P<0.01);A组(氯胺酮组)麻醉后总计发生不良反应8例,占23.5%;B组(丙泊酚组)麻醉后总计发生不良反应3例,占8.8%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗选用丙泊酚进行麻醉与氯胺酮相比清醒更快,不良反应更少,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the intervention treatment in children with congenital heart disease the clinical effects of different anesthetic techniques.Methods In Gaozhou people's hospital from January 2006 ~ December 2009 admitted to the pediatric interventional treatment of congenital heart disease 68 patients were randomly divided into A group (ketamine group)and B (propofol group) of the 34 cases observed and compared the indications for surgery,and adverse reactions.Results A group (ketamine group) operation time was (103.21±4.25)min,intra-operative SPO2 was (89.46±5.12)%,B group (propofol group) operation time was (102.54±6.21)min,intraoperative SPO2 was (88.95±4.28)%,little difference between the two groups (P0.05),while the sober time A (ketamine group) was (49.35±6.85)min,B group (propofol group) was (15.26±3.54)min,two groups were significantly different (P〈0.01);A group (ketamine group) a total of adverse reactions after anesthesia in 8 cases,accounting for 23.5%;B group (propofol group) a total of adverse reactions after anesthesia 3 cases,accounting for 8.8%.Significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.01).Conclusion Interventional treatment of children with congenital heart disease for use of propofol and ketamine anesthesia faster than sober and fewer adverse events,worthy of clinical use.
