肠镜下高频电刀切除结肠息肉术的临床疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨肠镜下高频电刀切除结肠息肉的临床效果。方法：240例结肠息肉患者被给予肠镜下高频电切术治疗，并在围手术期给予针对性的护理。结果：一次手术痊愈率为96．9％，显示了较好的临床效果，患者对护理满意度迭到99．0％，显示亍较高的护理满意度。结论：肠镜下高频电刀切除结肠息内用于结肠息肉患者的治疗，安全有效，对于改善临床症状，提高患者生活质量是很有意义的，值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective： To explore the clinical effect and nursing experience of high frequency, electronic surgery on treatment of colon polyps under colonoscope. Methods： 97 cases of patients with colon polyps were given therapy of high frequency electronic surgery under colonoscope. The targeted nursing was given in perioperative period. Results： The success rate of surgery in one time was 96.9%, showed good clinical effect; the satisfaction rate of nursing was 99.0%, showed good nursing effect. Conclusion： High frequency electronic surgery used in treatment of colon polyps under colonoscope is safe and effective, and meaningful for enhancing clinical effect and reducing the pain of patienxs. So it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
