摘　　要：目的：总结严重多发伤患者急诊急救的经验。方法；对我院2009年2月～2010年2月急诊急救严重多发伤患者51倒的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：51例严重多发伤患者急诊抢救，抢救脱险47例，抢救成功率为92．16％，抢救平均时间（36±5．1）min。结论：严重多发伤病情复杂，在急诊急救过程中需要根据患者的实际特征展开救治，从而降低死亡率。Objective severe multiple trauma patients emergency first aid experience; Methods From February 2009 to February 2010 emergency treatment of severe multiple trauma patients and 51 cases of clinical data analysis; results of 51 cases of severe multiple trauma patients emergency rescue, rescue 47 cases out of danger, success rate was 92. 16 percent, saving an average time （36±5.1）min; conclusions complex condition with Severe multiple trauma in emergency first aid during the actual characteristics of the patients need to start treatment, thereby reducing mortality.
