摘　　要：目的：探讨逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮辩的临床应用。方法：采用逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮辩修复小腿及足跟的软组织缺损8例。结果：皮瓣全部成活，外形良好，功能恢复满意。结论：该皮瓣是一种修复小腿尤其是足跟软组织缺损的较理的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical applicationof retrograde sural neurovascular flap to repair the tissue defect of the leg and the heel. Methods： Eight patients were treated with the flap to repair the soft tissue defect of the leg and the heel. Results ：The flaps were wholly survive with good shape and functional rehabilitation, conclusion： The flap is ideal approach for the reconstructionof the leg, especially the heel.
