川芎嗪注射液对慢性肺源性心脏病患者肺动脉压力的影响

摘　　要：目的；探讨川芎嗪注射液对慢性肺源性心脏病患者肺动脉压力的影响。方法：6例病人随机分成2组，基础治疗相同，治疗组加用川芎嗪注射液滴注，观察治疗前后肺动脉收缩压和体循环压力（以肱动脉平均动脉压表示）变化情况及心功能改善情况。结果：治疗组肺动脉高压较对照组改善明显（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前后体循环压力差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：川芎嗪注射液能显著降低肺动脉收缩压，改善心功能，提高临床疗效。Objective To explore TMP injection on chronic pulmonary heart disease pulmonary pressure. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the same basic treatment, the treatment group injected droplet injection with TMP were observed before and after treatment of pulmonary artery systolic pressure and systemic pressure （mean arterial pressure in the brachial artery that） changes and cardiac function improvement. Pulmonary hypertension in the treatment group than in the control group improved significantly （P 〈0. 05）. Before and after treatment, systemic pressure showed no significant difference （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion ligustrazine can significantly reduce pulmonary artery systolic pressure, improve heart function, improve the efficacy.
