摘　　要：从惯例角度研究企业演化,构建了企业模型,论述了企业惯例结构以及惯例研究方法,提出从微观角度挖掘企业发展的惯例机制和运行机理,并以行为概率来表现和量化惯例。以生产运作子系统为实例,详细分析了其惯例组成、各种事件概率以及相互关联,为揭示宏观表现、评测和控制企业演化行为提供重要的基础。Enterprise evolution is studied from the viewpoint of operation routines and an enterprise model is developed accordingly.With this model,the routine structure and routine methodology for enterprise studying are presented.By this methodology,it shows that enterprise development routine mechanism and operational mechanism should be explored from the point of micro-view.Such exploration can be done by behavior probability and routine quantification.A case study of production operations is given to show the application of proposed methodology.By analyzing its routines,key event probabilities,and their relationships,it provides an important insight for performance evaluation and enterprise evolution control.
