摘　　要：引入层次分析方法的基本原理,在全面考虑单因素作用及各单因素之间相互影响的基础上,建立了肉制品企业物流监控系统安全评价的层次模型。根据模糊判断矩阵,计算出各单因素的权重值。对该模型进行了相关实证研究,证明了这种模糊综合安全评判方法的有效性和可靠性。The safety evaluation problem of process monitoring for meat production processes is addressed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and by analyzing the effect of the individual factors and their interaction,a hierarchical model is presented for this problem.By this model,the weight of each factor is calculated by using a fuzzy judgment matrix.The proposed method is applied to a real-world case problem.Result shows the effectiveness and reliability of the method.
