摘　　要：提出通过分析供应商过程能力,对其潜在质量风险进行定量评估的方法。针对特定的质量特性,计算供应商的过程能力指数;根据关键指标和相关资料计算供应商的真实风险系数,确定供应商风险程度划分的依据,并通过建立供应商来料质量的风险预警系统,判断供应商的风险水平,确定相应措施。实例证明所提方法可行且具可操作性。A quantitative approach for potential quality risk evaluation of a supplier is proposed by analyzing the supplier＇s process capability.By this approach,process capability indexes of a supplier are calculated with respect to specified quality characteristics.Based on the obtained process capability indices and relative product supply data,quality risk coefficient for a supplier can be calculated so as to grade the risk level of a supplier.In this way,quality risk alarm system for suppliers can be developed.An example is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.
