摘  要:选用315尾初始体重(22.38±0.18g)的杂交鲟幼鱼,随机分为7组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾。I组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组为试验组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%,1.5%的谷氨酰胺(Gln)及1.0%的丙氨酰谷氨酰胺(Ala-Gln)日粮,观察Gln对杂交鲟血清、肝胰脏生化指标及体成分的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,各试验组血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),但白蛋白含量无显著变化;各组的血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及碱性磷酸酶活性差异不显著;添加Gln和Ala-Gln对肝胰脏谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶活性无显著影响;各试验组全鱼粗蛋白质含量升高,其中Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ组显著升高(P<0.05);各组的粗水分、粗脂肪和灰分含量差异不显著。结果表明,日粮中添加一定量的Gln能够显著促进鲤鱼幼鱼营养代谢,提高全鱼蛋白质含量。A eight weeks feeding trial was conducted to study the effect of dietary glutamine (Gln)on serum,hepatopancreas biochemical indices and body composition of juvenile hybrid sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii ♀ × Huso dauricus ♂).Three hundred and fifteen juveniles with an average body weight of(22.38 ± 0.18 g)were randomly allocated into seven groups with three replicates of 15 individuals.Group Ⅰ,as the control group,was fed with the basal diet,while group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ as trial groups,were fed with the basal diet added with 0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2% and 1.5% Gln,and 1.0% alanyl-glutamine (Ala-Gln),respectively.The results showed that compared to the control group,serum TP and GLB levels were improved significantly with increasing dietary Gln supplemental levels (P〈0.05).Serum ALB levels were not significantly affected by dietary Gln supplementation (P〉0.05).The activities of ALP,GPT and GOT in serum and hepatopancreas were not influenced by supplementation of different levels of Gln (P〈0.05).Whole-fish protein content was increased and showed a significantly increase in group Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ (P〈0.05),while no significantly difference was observed in moisture,lipid and ash between treatments (P〉0.05).In conclusion,nutrition metabolism and whole fish protein content could be improved by adding Gln.
