摘　　要：实现重庆市经济的跨越式发展,在很大程度上取决于扩大引进引资的力度。本文对重庆市直辖以来引进外资的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了提升引进外资水平的对策建议,希望对提高重庆市引进外资的水平有所裨益。Currently,there are good chances and rigorous challenges for introducing foreign capitals.However,Whether Chongqing economy could realize the rapid development or not by a stride depends on the degree of introducing foreign capitals.This article will analyze the current situation and problems of introducing foreign capitals since Chongqing being municipality;put forward the countermeasures to introduce foreign capitals,which is instructive for enhancing the introducing foreign capitals works in Chongqing.
