摘　　要：在新一轮司法改革过程中,优化检察机关职权配置是检察工作科学发展的重要保障。当前职务犯罪的新变化以及司法改革的大趋势使得赋予给检察机关配置技术侦查手段具有相当的必要性。In process of the new judicial reform,to optimize the power disposition is an important safeguard for the scientific development of procuratorial agency.It appears extremely essential to dispose technical detection method for procuratorial agency,with the new changes of current duty crimes and the major tendency of judicial reform.
