大学生村官职业倦怠分析

摘　　要：随着选聘高校毕业生到村任职工作的不断开展和大学生村官融入基层日久,部分大学生村官出现了职业倦怠现象,影响了大学生村官的自身形象和健康成长。需要进行积极地预防和缓解,要让大学生村官有保障、有温暖、有事做、有提高,从而使大学生村官下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动。Some graduates are tired as village officials since the practice of the policy of choosing university graduates as the village officials and into the grassroots,which has affected their image and healthy development.Therefore,it is necessary to positively take precautions against it,making sure that the graduate village officials can work hard and make progress by overcoming difficulties.
