摘  要:保护性耕作被认为是农业部门实现固碳和减排的最有效技术措施之一。本文基于大规模实地调查,深入分析了采用保护性耕作技术对作物单产和劳动力投入的影响。结果表明,黄河流域保护性耕作技术的采用率普遍较低,其中秸秆覆盖单项技术的采用率最高。保护性耕作技术的采用与小麦和玉米单产之间没有显著的相关关系;却可以显著减少单位面积劳动力投入。因而,政府部门还需要进一步加强对保护性耕作技术研发的支持,探索出适合不同区域特点的技术体系与管理方式,为发展低碳经济及提高农业生产的经济效益做贡献。Conservation tillage has been considered as one of the important measures to sequestrate carbon and reduce the emission of greenhouse gas in agricultural sector. Based on an extensive field survey, this paper analyzes the impacts of adoption of conservation tillage technology on crop yields and labor inputs. Results indicate that the adoption rate of conservation tillage technology in the Yellow River Basin is not high; the adoption rate of residue cover is the highest among all technologies. There are no significant relationship between the adoption of conservation tillage technology and the yields of either wheat or maize. However, the adoption of conservation tillage can significantly reduce the labor input. Therefore, the government still needs to support the research and development of conservation tillage technology, figure out some effective technology system and models suited to regional characteristics, make contribution to the development of low carbon economy and increase of economic benefit of agricultural production.
