摘 要:以稳定的转玉米磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶基因(PEPC基因)水稻(PC)和未转基因野生型水稻(WT)为供试材料,测定开花期间剑叶的净光合速率、PEPC酶活性、开花后不同时间叶片可溶性糖含量、莽草酸含量、地上各部位激素[生长素(IAA)、细胞分裂素(iPAS)和脱落酸(ABA)]含量,以及籽粒可溶性糖、蛋白质和淀粉的含量,收获时记录产量构成因子。结果表明:与WT相比,PC叶片中光合产物可溶性糖和莽草酸含量都显著增加,而且叶片、茎、穗中细胞分裂素以及籽粒中ABA也均显著增加。相关分析结果表明,叶片中可溶性糖和莽草酸含量的增加可能是这些植物激素含量增加的重要物质基础,激素含量增加有助于增加单株有效穗数和千粒重。Using the PEPC transgenic rice(PC) and untransformed wild type rice(WT)as materials,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),PEPC activity of flag leaf,the soluble sugar and shikimate acid content of flag leaf,plant hormone(IAA,iPAS and ABA) contents of leaf,stem and panicle,starch content and protein content in grains of rice at different days after anthesis were measured.And the grain yield and yield components were obtained after harvesting.The results showed that,as compared with that in WT,the soluble sugar,shikimate acid content of flag leaf,and 2-isopentenyladenin(iPAS) of leaf,stem and panicle,ABA of grain as well,were all increased.The correlation coefficients between the soluble sugar of flag leaf and shikimate acid content of flag leaf,iPAS of leaf,stem and panicle were 0.514^**,0.783^**,0.546^** and 0.799^**,respectively.Furthermore,the correlation coefficients between shikimate acid content of flag leaf and all the plant hormone contents,except for ABA of leaf,were all significantly correlated at 0.01 probability level.It implied that the soluble sugar and shikimate acid contents of flag leaf in PEPC transgenic plant are important basis for the plant hormones which might be helpful to increase filled grains per panicle and seed size.
