摘  要:以藻毒素提取液作为唯一碳源和氮源,从太湖蓝藻堆积点底泥中分离筛选高效微囊藻毒素降解菌。结果表明:经过驯化筛选得到1株高效降解菌EMB。在培养温度30℃、pH值为7时其降解毒素效率最高,培养21h内可将初始浓度为2.99 mg/L和2.15 mg/L的MC-RR和MC-LR完全降解,此外菌株EMB可以将太湖水华样品中的MC-RR和MC-LR在2周内降解到安全饮用水标准范围内。形态、生理特性和16 S rDNA序列分析表明,菌株EMB属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus.sp.),与已报道的B.subtilisB-FS06在进化树上距离最近。A microcystins-degrading strain was isolated from activated mud of blue-green algae stacking pot of Taihu Lake through acclimatization with microcystins(MCs) extract from algae powder as sole carbon and nitrogen sources.The strain EMB performed the most efficient MCs-biodegradation when incubated at 30 ℃ and pH 7.0.2.99 mg/L MC-RR and 2.15 mg/L MC-LR were completely degraded by strain EMB within 21 h.Additionally,the concentrations of MC-RR and MC-LR in the water bloom sample from the Taihu Lake decreased to the standard of safe drinking water by applying strain EMB for 2 weeks.The strain EMB was identified as Bacillus sp.which was the closest to the B.subtilis B-FS06 in the phylogenic tree by morphological and physiological properties and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.
