摘  要:目的建立Goto-kakizaki(GK)大鼠胃转流手术(gastric bypass,GBP)的动物模型。方法 GK大鼠16只,随机分2组(n=8),Wistar大鼠8只。Ⅰ组:GK大鼠假手术组;Ⅱ组:Wistar大鼠GBP手术组;Ⅲ组:GK大鼠GBP手术组,于术前、术后1周、4周检测空腹血糖、OGTT。结果 (1)全部实验动物大鼠均术后长期存活;(2)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组术后空腹血糖明显下降(P<0.05);(3)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组在OGTT各时间点血糖水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论成功建立GK大鼠的GBP动物模型;GBP能显著降低GK大鼠术后空腹血糖和改善糖代谢。Objective To develop a gastric bypass animal model in GK rats. Methods Sixteen male GK rats were randomly divided into two groups: sham group( group Ⅰ ), gastric bypass(GBP) group( group Ⅲ ). The control group consisted of eight Wistar rats undergoing GBP surgery. Fasting glucose and OGTT were measured before and one week and four weeks after surgery. Results All experimental rats survived after the operation. Compared with group I , mean fasting blood glucose decreased substantially after surgery and blood glucose dropped obviously at every time point of OGTF after surgery. Conclusions A GBP animal model was developed in GK rats. GBP ameliorates glucose metabolism and fasting glucose after operation.
