食管癌患者手术前后血浆Hcy和血清FA、维生素B_(12)含量检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌患者手术前后血浆Hcy和血清FA、维生素B_(12)含量的变化及意义。方法应用酶免法和化学发光法对40例食管癌患者进行了手术治疗前后血浆Hcy和血清FA、维生素B_(12)含量动态检测,并与40名健康人比较。结果食管癌患者手术前血浆Hcy含量高于健康人(P<0.01),FA含量低于健康人(P<0.01);食管癌患者手术后1个月血浆Hcy含量高于健康人(P<0.05),FA含量低于健康人(P<0.01);食管癌患者手术后3个月血浆Hcy和血清FA含量与健康人比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),食管癌患者手术前后维生素B_(12)含量与健康人比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检测食管癌患者血浆Hcy和血清FA含量的变化对观察病情和预后判定具有一定的参考价值。Objective To study the change of pre - and post - operative contents of plasma homocysteine （Hcy） and serum folic acid （FA） and vitamine B,2 in patients with esophageal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Forty patients with esophageal cancer underwent the dynamic detection of pre - and post - operative contents of plasma Hcy and serum FA and vitamine BI2 by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and chemoluminescent technique. They were also compared with 40 healthy subjects as control group. Results Before operation, plasma Hcy levels in patients with esophageal cancer were significantly higher than those in healthy controls （P 〈0. 01 ） ,while serum FA levels was the opposite （P 〈0. 01 ）. A similar result was found a month after operation. However, plasma Hcy levels and serum FA levels 3 months postoperatively were not significantly different from those in healthy people （P 〉0.05）, so was the pre - and post - operative content of vitamine B12 （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Detection of the changes in pre - and post - operative contents of plasma Hcy and serum FA might be of prognostic importance for patients with esophageal cancer.
