摘 要:目的比较4种空气消毒方法对野外简易房手术室内空气消毒的效果。方法野外简易房(室内面积26m^2,室内温度21~25℃,相对湿度40%~60%),使用紫外线、过氧乙酸、含氯消毒剂、过氧化氢对室内空气进行消毒;采集消毒前后不同时间的空气平均菌落数,进行比较。结果 4种不同的消毒方法均可有效杀灭致病菌,达到国家标准规定的普通手术室空气消毒标准要求,但不同消毒方法之间比较,过氧化氢性能稳定、配制简便、消毒效果确切,过氧乙酸、含氯消毒剂次之,紫外线稳定性及消毒效果最差。结论野外简易房手术室内空气消毒采用过氧化氢气溶胶消毒比其他三种方法更简便、更安全、效果佳,应作为首选。Objective To compare disinfection efficacy of four indoor air disinfection methods in field simple operating rooms. Methods In the airtight outdoor simple operating rooms ( internal area 26 m2, indoor temperature 21 - 25 ℃, relative humidity 40% ~60% ) ,four types of disinfectants (ultraviolet radiation, peracetic acid, chlorine containing disinfectant and hydrogen peroxide) were used for disinfecting the indoor air. The number of average bacterial colonies in the indoor air before and after the disinfection was compared. Results All the four approaches could kill the bacteria in simple rooms and met the national standard. However, in comparison, hydrogen peroxide was the most stable user - friendly effective. Peracetic acid and chlorine - containing disinfectant were less effective. As far as stability and disinfection efficacy was concerned, ultraviolet radiation was the worst choice. Conclusions Hydrogen peroxide is the best choice in disinfecting the indoor air in field simple operating rooms.
