多普勒超声判断静脉返流程度与X线造影对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多普勒超声对于判断下肢深静脉有无返流及其程度的可行性和准确性，并评价超声与Ｘ线造影的互补性。方法３６例４５条下肢深静脉返流多普勒超声检查与Ｘ线下行性静脉造影对比研究。结果多普勒超声检出率为８０％（３６／４５），股浅静脉和静脉检出率分别为７９％（３１／３９），和８３％（５／６），Ｘ线造影股浅静脉和静脉检出率分别为１００％（３９／３９）和５０％（３／６）。结论应用多普勒超声不仅能较准确判断下肢深静脉有无返流，还可评价静脉返流的程度，弥补Ｘ线造影的某些不足。Object Whether the deep vein with incompetence and its degree of reflux could be detected,its feasibility and accuracy were evaluated.We explored if Doppler ultrasound could be good complementary to phlebography.Methods To evaluate degrees of venous reflux, a comparative study of 45 veins of lower extremities of 32 patients,with descending phlebography and duplex Doppler ultrasound was conducted.Results Results showed the detection rate of Doppler US account for 80% (36/45),detection rates of superficial femoral vein (SFV) and politeal vein (PV) were 79%(31/39) and 83%(5/6) respectively,detection rates of phlebography of SFV and PV,account for 100%(39/39)and 50%(3/6) respectively.Conclusion Doppler ultrasound can be used to detect venous reflux,but also determine its degree accurately,and can remedy some lacks of DVG. [
