复方泛影胶浆支气管造影400例分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方泛影胶浆４００例支气管造影的结果，评价其作为支气管造影剂的优点。方法４００例支气管造影中，男２７８，女１２２，年龄６～７２岁，平均４３岁，双侧造影２２９例，单侧１７１例，造影剂用量单侧８～１０ｍｌ，双侧２０～３０ｍｌ。结果肺叶、肺段、亚段支气管及分支显影良好３７９例，占９４７５％，无咳嗽副反应３５１例，占８７７５％。结论复方泛影胶浆是一种较为理想的支气管造影剂。Purpose Results of 400 cases of bronchography with Mucilage Meglumini Diatrozoatis composita(MMDC) were analysised, and its advantages of MMDC were evaluated.Methods 400 patients of bronchography, male 278 cases, female 122 cases, 6～72 years old with average 43 years old. 229 cases of bilateral bronchography, 171 cases of unilateral bronchography. 8～10ml of MMDC in unilateral, 20～30ml of MMDC in bitateral. Results 379 cases (94.75%) of lobe, segement, subsegement bronchi were revealed very well, and 351 cases(87.75%) were non subreactions.Conclusion MMDC is a better ideal bronch contrast medium, and can be instead of Dionosil and Iodic oil. [
