经腹腔镜全膀胱切除及去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术后并发症的护理

摘　　要：目的总结自2006年5月～2010年2月共23例经腹腔镜全膀胱切除及去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术后并发症的护理。方法本组发生肺部感染3例,腹胀5例,逆行感染7例,腹胀12例,疼痛10例,尿失禁7例,尿道狭窄3例,肠瘘2例。均实施整体个案护理,认真细致观察病情,耐心聆听病人的主诉,及时有效对症处理,加强引流管的护理及心理护理,充分调动患者积极参与治疗。结果全部病人均治愈出院。结论认真细致观察病情变化,加强责任心,提高专科知识,及时发现、正确处理和精心的护理,能提高愈后效果。Objective To summarize the nursing care of 23 patients for their complications after laparoscopic radical eystectomy and detenial sigmoid neohladder reconstruction from May 2006 to February 2010 in our department. Methods Analyze the clinical data of these patients respectively. Results In the 23 eases some complications occurred：3 cases were lung infection, 5 eases were abdominal distension, 7 eases were retroinfection, 10 cases were pain, 7 cases were incontinence of urine, 3 cases were urethral stricture and 2 cases were intestinal fistula. All of the cases were performed the integrated nursing care with patient＇ s condition carefully observed, chief complaints patiently listened to, in -time and effective treatment carried out and vent catheter nursing and psychological nursing strengthened. The patients were fully encouraged to participate in the treatment; therefore, all patients are cured and leave the hospital. Conclusion Aimed at the patient condition carry out integrated nursing care is the correct way to conquer the complications and promote patients＇ rehabilitation.
