时间护理在结直肠癌围手术期患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨时间护理在结直肠癌围手术期患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法在患者围手术期的健康教育中应用时间护理理论,由主管护士根据患者意愿,在每天19∶00～21∶00实施心理护理和健康教育,直至患者理解掌握。健康教育的内容包括:疾病相关知识、术前教育、术后指导、康复指导、出院指导。结果时间护理组在术前教育、术后指导、康复指导及出院指导的健康教育掌握程度明显高于对照组;服务态度满意率较对照组高。结论在健康教育中应用时间护理理论增加患者对健康教育的掌握程度,增加患者对护士的信任感,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of time nursing applied to the health education of perioperatiee patients with rectal cancer. Methods In the health education, time nursing theory was adopted in the study group. The health education and psychological nursing were performed by nurse - in - charge from 19： 00 to 21 ： 00 everyday till mastering health education knowledge. The health education included the knowledge relative to the disease, pre -operation education, post -operation directions, and reoovering and hospital discharge conductions. Results The mastery of health education knowledge in the study group was statistically higher than that in the control group, including pre - operation, post - operation, recovering and hospital discharge conductions. The rate of service satisfactions was higher in the study group than that in the control group. Conclusion The applleation of time nursing in patients with rectal cancer increased patients the mastery degrees of heath education, strengthened the sense of their faith in nurses and also improved the rate of satisfactions.
