摘  要:目的:探讨参葛仙丹冲剂的制备工艺、质量标准,证实其降糖效果与安全性;方法:通过薄层色谱法定性检测人参皂甙、葛根素、小檗碱,氧化酶法检测血糖;结果:人参皂甙,小檗碱鉴别灵敏,葛根素无法定性;参葛仙丹冲剂降糖优于模型组与对照组;急毒与最大耐受量未见毒副反应;结论:人参皂甙,小檗碱定性检测可作为参葛仙丹冲剂的鉴别实验。Objective:To investigate the making:standard for quality of SGXD ChongJi,To proof the security and hypoglycemic of it.Methods:Ginseng saponin pueraria root berberine were qualitative determination by thin layer chroma to graphy (TLC).Blood sugar were measuring through oxydase reaction.Results:Its demenstrate that ginseng saponin.berberine are very sensitive ,while pueraria root is undefinate.SGXD chong Ji is the most effective one on hypoglycemic among model and comparitive group.howere.there is no toxic and side effect during acute taxic action and maximal tolerance dose.Conlousions:Qualitative determination of ginseng,saponin,berberine could be differantial experiment for SGXD chong Ji.Its effective for hypoglycernic and no side effect.
