SOD制剂应用于围手术期的初步观察

摘　　要：目的与方法：探寻ＳＯＤ制剂应用于围术期患者的临床意义。将服用ＳＯＤ制剂者列为观察组，未服用者视为对照组，观察围术期ＳＯＤ的变化；结果与结论：对照组于手术后２ｈ、２４ｈ、４８ｈ时ＳＯＤ活性呈渐进性下降，与术前基础值比较Ｐ≤０．０５；而观察组因服用ＳＯＤ制剂在手术后２ｈ、２４ｈ、４８ｈ与服用ＳＯＤ之前比较差异不大，与对照组比较Ｐ≤０．０５。于围术期服用ＳＯＤ制剂，可提高其ＳＯＤ活性。Objective and Method:To assess the effect of extragenous superoxide dismutase (SOD) on the plasma (SOD) level in perioperative patients.25 neurosurgical patients were randomly divided into two groups.In treated group (n=15) ,20ml SOD liguor was administered orally twice a day from 5 days before operation,and 20ml SOD Liguor was injected through gastrotube at induction and 2 hours after operation.The control group (n=10) did not recieve SOD liguor.Plasma SOD was measured in each patient before SOD liguor administration (base line),before induction,30 minutes after induction,2 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation.Results and Conclusion:In control group,plasma SOD decreased gradually,at 2 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation and were lower than baseline level (P<0.05) .In treated group,plasma DOS before induction was higher than baseline level,but no significant difference was found among baseline,2 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation.Plasma SOD level,in treated group,was higher than that of control group before induction,2 hours,24 hours and 48 hours administered orally could increase plasma SOD level in operative patients,and might be able to reinforce the ability of anti peroxidation.
