中草药合并针刺治疗限局性硬皮病疗效的序贯性研究

摘　　要：目的：研究限局性硬皮病疗效的变化规律；方法：采用中草药合并针刺的方法，对２例限局性硬皮病人进行治疗，每１０天观察一次，并参照现有的治疗标准；结果：发现限局性硬皮病皮损是逐步好转，很大部分可以转为正常皮肤，大大优于常见的治疗标准，结论：限局性硬皮病的皮损是可逆的，其病理形成与“血瘀”有关，与经络不通有关。OBJECTIVE: In order to study how a hocalized scleroderma lesion cured passes on concretely. METHOD :We had two cases of localized scleoderma to eat herbad medicine accompanied with acupuncture therapy,and observed the effect at interval of ten days,comparing it with the standard of curing effect of localized scleroderma as known. RESULTS: the effect of recovering appeared small at first,then gradually improved,most lesion of two cases were rechanged into nomal skin,better than the standard as known. CONCLUSION: The lesion of localized scleroderma is rechangable,formation of it is rlated to the state of migratory arthralgia blood stasis and commumcating meridis irnomally.
