摘　　要：阐述了企业社会责任运动作用于我国的新态势,介绍了我国民营企业履行社会责任的特点,并从影响出口的视角分析了我国民营企业在履行社会责任中存在的问题;研究了企业社会责任运动对我国民营企业出口的负面影响;从政府层面和企业层面对民营企业应对全球企业社会责任运动提出了对策建议。This paper discusses the new situation of CSR＇s action on China and the characteristics of private enterprises＇ performance of CSR. Then the paper analyzes the problems of private enterprises in performing CSR from the perspective of export. And the pernicious influence of CSR on the export of private enterprises is analyzed. Finally, some suggestions for government and private enterprises to face the global CSR activity are put forward.
