摘　　要：目的探讨陕西省眉县居民死因状况及规律。方法采用ICD-10死因分类法进行死因分类,并用SPSS13.0软件和M icrosoft Excel 2003软件进行数据统计分析。结果陕西省眉县年平均死亡率为585.75/10万,死因构成以脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病和损伤中毒居前5位,占全死因构成的85%以上。结论慢性病和伤害是死亡的主要原因,慢性病和伤害的预防是今后工作的重点。Objective To probe into the causes of death and the related pattern among residents in Mei county,Shaanxi province.Methods The causes of death were classified according to the ICD-10 standards,and statistically analyzed with SPSS 13.0 and Microsoft Excel 2003.Results The average mortality rate in Mei county,Shaanxi province was 585.75/lakh.Cerebrovascular diseases,malignancies,heart diseases,respiratory diseases and injury and poisoning constituted the top five causes of death,the cases of which accounted for more than 85% of the total causes.Conclusion Chronic diseases and injuries are the leading causes of death in Mei county.Prevention of the two conditions should be strengthened in future.
