摘  要:为探知缝接神经缺损的肌条(肌桥)与其缝接神经再生间的变化关系,从而为改善肌桥神经再生效果提供形态学依据。采用50只兔的100条肌条和30条狗的60条肌条为研究材料,分A、B、C三组,用不同形态结构的肌肉,分别与正中神经缺损3cm处缝接和不与神经相缝接而将肌条两端固定在桥接神经缺损邻近处。术后不同时间,取材常规制成光、电镜标本,镜下观察和图像分析仪测定。结果:术后不同肌桥,几乎均显示肌条中央存留肌纤维较周边的少,再生神经纤维较周边的多,而不与神经连接的肌条,没有明显肌条中央与周边存留肌纤维的不同,一条变性肌纤维内可同时看到再生神经纤维和肌原纤维存在。结果提示:肌桥肌纤维变性可促进神经纤维再生,神经纤维再生可加速肌纤维变性,再生神经纤维可伴随肌纤维变性而长入。长红肌纤维为肌桥的神经再生效果好。We search for the alteration relationship between muscle bridge and the regeneration nerve defect with muscle bridges so as to promote the nerve regeneration effect to providc the morphology basc. 100 musclc bridges in 50 rabbits and 60 muscle bridges in 30 dogs were studied and divided into A. B.C groups. Various morphosis and structure muscle were adopted. They were sutured 3cm defect of median nerve or did nol bridge nerve defect,otherwise, They were sutured right part around the nerve defect. We cut off materials at various time postoperation. They are respectively made into optical or clcctrical proparations routincly and observed and tested under the light and electrical microscope and Luzex F image analysis machine. The results are as following:Muscle fibers were survived in various muscle bridge but their quantity are not identical, Survived muscle fibers are less but the regeneration nerve fiber are more in muscle bridge made up of red long muscle fiber;Survived muscle fiders are more but the regeneration nerve fiber are less in brachial triceps muslce constutued by white short muscle fiber;Survived muscle fibers are less but the regeneration nerve fibers are more at centre than peripheral in muscle bridge sutured the nerve defect;The quantity of the survived muscle fiber are almost the same at centre and peripheral of muscle bridge that did not bridge the nervc defect. We observed that the regeneration nerve fiber and myofibril exist in a degenerative muscle fiber at the same time.We make conclusion:the degeneration of muscle fiber in muscle bridge can promote the nerve fiber regeneration,the nerve regeneration can accelerate the degeneration of muscle fiber,the regeneration nerve fiber grew following the degeneration of muscle fiber.
