摘　　要：为了探讨内皮素在输卵管的分布，本研究以成年健康雌性新西兰种白兔为实验对象，去卵巢饲养４８天后，取输卵管做ＳＡＢＣ免疫组化，观察内皮素在无卵巢激素作用的输卵管中的分布。从实验结果观察到，在无卵巢激素作用下，输卵管粘膜上皮细胞矮小，排列不规则。在粘膜上皮细胞内，可见染成红色的内皮素颗粒；在固有层，未见红色颗粒；在肌层可见少量红色内皮素颗粒。上述结果表明，输卵管粘膜上皮细胞能合成内皮素。In order to elucidate distribution of endothelin in uterine tube, the uterine tube was analysed with SABC immunohistochemistry, after adult, health, New Zealand rabbits whose ovaries had removed were raised for 48 days. Distribution of endothelin in the uterine tube on which no utrine tube hormones acted was investigated. In the absence of uterine tube hormone conditions, Uterine tube epithelium became short and small, arranged irregularity. In the uterine tube epithelium, endothelin granules (red granules) stained with fast red were seen. In the lamina propria of the mucosa, endothelin granules were not seen. In the muscular layer, a small amount endothelin granules were seen. These results indicate that uterine tube epithelium produces endothelin.\;
