益骨安胶囊对家兔血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：本文报告益骨安胶囊对正常家兔某些血液流变学指标的影响。发现盖骨安胶囊（16．2g／kg）具有明显的降低全血粘度（低切速）、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度及显著减少血浆中纤维蛋白原含量的作用。与市售抗骨增生片（1．5g／kg）比较作用相当，表明该药具有较好的活血化瘀作用。其机制可能是通过降低血浆中纤维蛋白原含量和红细胞的聚集性及提高红细胞的变形性而发挥活血化瘀功效的。The indexes of blood rheology of normal rabbits affected by Yiguan capsule were reported in this paper. Affter Yiguan capsules (16. 2 g/kg)were administered,the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,reduced blood viscosity and plasma fibrinogen were decreased significantly. Yiguan capsules showed the same efficiency on the above indexes as the tablets of Kanggu Zhensheng on sale and showed a better efficiency on promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis. The mechanism of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis by Yiguan capsule might be credited to its capability of decreasing plasma fibrinogen content and erythrocyte aggregation and increasing transformation of erythrocytes.
