摘　　要：介绍了生物选矿的概念,分析了微生物应用于选矿的可能性,从生物絮凝剂、生物捕收剂及生物调整剂3方面综述了生物选矿的研究进展,并简述了矿物-微生物相互作用机制的研究手段及方法。The paper introduces the concept of bio-beneficiation, analyzes the application possibility of microbes in beneficiation, and summarizes the research progress of bio-beneficiation from three aspects of bio-flocculation, bio-collector, and bio-regulator.Lastly, research approach of the interaction mechanism of mineral-microbes was described briefly.
