摘　　要：根据露天矿630E和SF3102矿用自卸卡车的主要技术性能参数、实动率和内外故障率数据变化趋势来分析卡车的效率,并用台车年运输功来评价卡车的运输效率。定性和定量地分析了以上5个指标的异同原因和应采取的措施。可以使矿山管理者更好地掌握卡车运行规律,为以后新建地质条件相似的露天矿选择运输卡车提供参考。Based on the specification,operating efficiency,internal failure rate and operating delay of the mine self-dumping trucks 630E and SF3102 in surface mine,the efficiency of self-dumping trucks are analyzed.The work done by trucks is used to evaluate the mechanical efficiency of the trucks.Five indicators for the above are put forward to make qualitative and quantitative analysis on the reasons and the effective measures taken.By this method,the laws of trucks running can be better grasped by mine managers,and it also provides a reference for selecting the transportation trucks for similar mines under new geological conditions.
